My husband and I both drink it. We actually really like the taste so it's hard to not have some every night! It does its job for cleansing the colon, that's for sure. I do recommend choosing a time to drink it where you can get to the bathroom easily. When it starts to do its job you want to be nearby. It definitely cleans you out.
