Apply 2-4 times a day onto areas of concern and gently massage it in. Rinse your hands well under cool water with soap after application. Avoid contact with the eye, nose and mouth mucosae. Best if used daily for at least 2 weeks.
We recommend testing the cosmetic product on the inside of the arm prior to use. Individual intolerances to product ingredients can be determined by skin reaction there.

Works great! My hip joint tenderness/stiffness is gone! Also, whenever I get tension in my neck or shoulders, I put it right on the area (on the skin) that's hurting. Within about 15 minutes, the pain is gone. Sometimes that area will begin getting tense and hurt again a couple hours later, so I put it again, and sure enough, the pain dissipates, then disappears (and doesn't come back). No more Advil for me!!
