Myo- and D-chiro-inositol in a ratio of 40:1 increase the sensitivity of the ovaries to their own hormones, which contribute to the onset of ovulation and regulate the menstrual cycle. The formula is enhanced with amino acids L-carnitine and L-methionine, which improve carbohydrate and fat metabolism, help control weight and stabilize the emotional background.

Overview

  • Maximum efficiency
    A combination of two active forms of inositol in a ratio of 40:1, enhanced by L-carnitine and L-methionine.
  • Metabolism regulation
    Optimizes carbohydrate and fat metabolism.
  • Nervous system support
    Reduces anxiety, helps to normalize sleep and increase concentration.

Maintain a healthy cycle and normal weight
Let your plans come true!

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS*) is a common cause of infertility and cycle disorders in women of reproductive age. 70% of them are also overweight and have reduced insulin sensitivity, as a result of which the balance of hormones is disturbed and there is a predempanance towards male (hyperandrogenicity). This often causes problems such as cycle disorders, lack of ovulation, ovarian cysts.
Inositol (vitamin B8) and its active forms (myo- and D-chiro-inositol) in a ratio of 40:1, the effectiveness of which has been proven by research and practical experience of modern clinicians, help to improve ovarian function and reduce hyperandrogenism1.

Myo-inositol & D-chiro-inositol is suitable for women:
- with cycle and ovulation disorders against the background of PCOS and hyperandrogenogenesis;
- with a high level of insulin and glucose and, as a result, metabolic disorders;
- with aesthetic problems: acne, acne, excessive hair growth on the hands and face;
- older age, especially in the premenopausal period.

Take care of the main thing!

  • Normalization of metabolic processes
    The effect of inositol is to increase insulin sensitivity, reduce the manifestations of hyperandrogenism and the risks of metabolic disorders2.
  • Return to a regular cycle
    The combination of inositols increases the sensitivity of the ovaries to their own hormones that regulate the processes of ovulation and the menstrual cycle.
  • Weight loss
    L-carnitine and L-methionine activate metabolism, helping to get rid of excess weight, maintain liver health and dull an overly active feeling of hunger.
  • Nervous system support
    Active forms of inositol contribute to increased concentration and resistance to stress, relieve nervous tension and normalize sleep.

Inositol
Special carbohydrate, vitamin B8. It is part of cell membranes, can be synthesized by the body itself. Its sources in food are nuts, cereals, beef, eggs. But! It is easily destroyed by heat treatment, so on average we receive about 100 mg of inositol with food (if necessary, 500 mg for women).
Inositol is a vitamin-like substance that affects the production of the hormone insulin, which normalizes blood sugar levels, as well as serotonin and dopamine (happiness hormones) that support chemical processes in the brain.
Inositol:
- lowers resistance to leptin (a hormone that suppresses the feeling of hunger);
- activates ovulation and maturation of oocytes.
Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are the most active forms of inositol. And their 40:1 combination is the best option!
L-methionine
An amino acid that helps improve fat metabolism and control the level of inflammation in the body. Stimulates the synthesis of glutathione, the increased concentration of which prevents damage to intestinal cells. Without methionine, the recirculation of vitamin B9 (folic acid) is impossible, which, in turn, enhances the effectiveness of inositol. L-methionine supports liver health and prevents fatty hepatosis, improves detox processes. L-methionine deficiency inevitably leads to a lack of methyl groups (-CH3), which reduces or makes it impossible to synthesize many biologically active substances. This leads to serious metabolic changes - first of all, lipid metabolism is disturbed.
This amino acid is used for protein dystrophy, obesity, atherosclerosis, type 2 diabetes, gallstone disease, fibromyalgia, PMS, fibrocystic mastopathy, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis.
L-carnitine
Amino acid L-carnitine is a carrier of fatty acids in mitochondria (energy centers of cells). Helps to enhance metabolism and increase the ability of inositol to activate carbohydrate metabolism faster.
In combination with L-methionine and inositol, L-carnitine activates fat and carbohydrate metabolism, playing an important role in reducing excess weight and insulin levels, reducing the risks of fatty hepatosis and atherosclerosis and increasing the chances of a regular cycle and healthy ovulation.

Support of male fertility
The "Myo-inositol & D-chiro-inositol" complex can be used in men's preparation for conception.
• Improves sperm quality.
• Increases male fertility.
• Improves the quality of carbohydrate metabolism (which is also important for those who are engaged in sports and fat burning).

For whom?
• For women of any age.
• In anovulatory cycles due to PCOS and hyperandrogen.
• In a state of chronic stress (as part of complex therapy).
• With acne, excessive hair growth on the face and hands.
• In case of carbohydrate and fat metabolism disorders.
• During premenopause.

40:1 perfect ratio
Myo- and D-chiro-inositol in an effective ratio confirmed by scientific research and practical experience of modern clinicians.
504 mg of vitamin B8
100% according to the adequate level of consumption.
2 amino acids
L-methionine and L-carnitine enhance the effect of inositol, accelerating carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

* Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in which a woman does not or rarely ovulate (otherwise it is called polycystic ovaries or Stein-Leventhal syndrome). It is accompanied by reproductive disorders, metabolic disorders and psychological problems.
