Recommended use

Take one sachet (one orange tablet and two white tablets) a day during meals, with a glass of water.

Bulking agent: cellulose; calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, stabiliser: ethylcellulose), magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), tablet coating (coating agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, talc; stabiliser: glycerol; colours: iron oxides and hydroxides); Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc gluconate, niacin (nicotinamide), ferrous fumarate, manganese gluconate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), L-selenomethionine, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), coenzyme Q10, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), folic acid, chromium picolinate, biotin (D-biotin), potassium iodide, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
