The product contains phytosorbent pectin – a source of dietary cellulose – and collagen hydrolysate. Collagen is a structural protein contained in cartilage and connective tissues. Being a part of the product formula informs of hydrolysate it is easily absorbed by the body. Precious rose hips extract contains natural vitamin C that provides better collagen synthesis, which is necessary for cartilages' normal state.

Recommended use: Add 7.5 g of powder (1 scoop) to a cup (200 ml) of warm water (50–60 °C) and mix with a mixer. Take twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

I've neglected for the longest time joint supplements just because they come in giant pills only horses can swallow, or you have to swallow down a pill packet of 3-6 pills daily. I have a hard enough time with pills, so I would prefer a powdered form any day but haven't been able to find a legit joint supplement in powdered form.
