Apply 2-4 times a day onto areas of concern and gently massage it in. Rinse your hands well under cool water with soap after application. Avoid contact with eye, nose and mouth mucosae. Best if used daily for at least 2 weeks.

Amazing help for joints and muscles. My Russian friends recommended this Balsam many years ago as a very potent natural product to help with aching joints and muscles.
